The Pool Leak App diagnostic runs in your browser and does not require an account. Diagnostic answers are submitted to PoolLeakApp.com only when you affirmatively request professional help.
Standard web-server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and operational purposes.
If you choose to request professional help, we collect the contact, location, and pool-diagnostic information you submit. We use it to route your request and may provide it to pool or leak-detection service professionals so they can contact you about that request. We do not submit your contact information as a service lead unless you affirmatively request professional contact.
